101.什么是“不多动”的多动症？
在多动症儿童中，约有10％～20％的患儿并没有活动过多的症状，而以其他的症状出现，我们称之为“不多动的多动症”，这种患儿大多见于年长女孩。
这种类型的儿童平时并无明显的多动，看上去很文静，甚至有点呆滞。他们在上课时没有过多的小动作，老老实实坐在座位上，眼看着黑板，好象在认真听课，实际上他们注意力分散，思想早开了小差，对老师讲课的内容全然没有听进去，因而面对老师的提问常常茫然无知。做作业时可以长时间将书本、作业本摊在桌上，看上去在那里做作业，但进度很慢，拖拖拉拉，效率很低，且粗心大意，错误百出，完成作业既慢又差，而并不是由于不理解或不会做。下课时也很少活动，并不乱蹦乱跳。复习功课时，看上去独自捧着书本静坐在那里，也不会到处走动或做小动作，但实际上注意力不集中，复习效果极差。他们性格大多较内向，胆怯、固执、不灵活，孤僻常不合群。
这一类型多动症儿童除了不多动外，其余多动症的临床表现都不同程度地存在，而最突出的表现是思想集中困难，反应迟钝，动作缓慢，做事拖拉，效率很低，学习困难。这种类型的多动症儿童有时容易被误认为智能落后儿童。

Introduction

小儿多动症是儿童时期最为常见的心理行为疾病，患病率高达3％～6％，严重地影响了儿童的身心发育和健康成长，已成全社会广为关注的热点之一，也是一个关系到我国人口素质和人才培养的大问题。
我院儿科自上世纪80年代初就开展了小儿多动症的诊治，是国内最早开展此项工作的单位之一。20多年来，我院儿科在老主任王香民、王永午、苏渊教授的带领下，经过几代医务人员的共同努力，诊治了数以万计的多动症儿童，为这些儿童的健康成长提供了有力的帮助，同时他们在小儿多动症的诊治方面也积累了较为丰富的临床经验，形成了自己的医疗和研究特色，曾发表有关学术论文50余篇，出版专著3部、承担多项国内外科研课题，并获军队科技进步三等奖2项。
我院儿科专家根据自己在临床工作中积累的经验，在现任主任徐通副教授的带领下，撰写了“小儿多动症310问”一书，较为详细地解答了广大家长、老师和保育人员提出的诸多疑问。
