Book Abstract

本文规范了与尿动力学研究及下尿路功能障碍相关的症状、体征和尿动力学检查资料和条件，适用于所有的患者，包括老人和儿童。
本文对国际尿控学会以前提出的相关术语和最近发表的关于尿道功能和夜尿症的术语进行了更新和重新定义。2002年，Schafer等最近发表的关于尿动力学检查的报告对以前关于尿动力学设备技术报告进行了很好的补充。另外，还有4篇相关的国际尿控学会报告也被归纳在内。
在本文中，提出了许多新的定义，但不包括尿动力学技术方面的内容。

3.尿动力学观察资料尿动力学观察资料是指在尿动力学研究过程中观察到的内容。
例如，非自主的逼尿肌收缩（逼尿肌过度活跃）就是尿动力学的一个观察资料。通常，尿动力学观察资料可能有许多潜在的病因，不能最终诊断疾病。可能与许多症状和体征同时发生，也可以单独出现而没有任何症状和体征。
4.疾病定义为：与特定的症状和体征相符的一种疾病状态，可以有相关尿动力学观察资料证据，也可以缺乏尿动力学证据。
5.治疗下尿路功能障碍的治疗方法建议参照国际尿控学会的第七篇报告--下尿路功能康复技术一文。
下尿路症状通常是从患者本人的角度出发作出的定义，可以由患者本人主动描述，也可以通过与患者的主动交流发现。另外，症状可以由患者的护理人员描述。
