Book Abstract

复美新为非甾体激素消炎镇痛药一双氯芬酸钠与氨基糖苷类抗生素一庆大霉素的复方制剂。双氯芬酸钠：在眼部炎症反应和疼痛的发生上，前列腺素和白三烯起着重要作用，双氯芬酸钠可抑制环氧化酶，因而可抑制前列腺素的合成。同时，也通过脂氧化酶的反应影响白三烯的生成。庆大霉素：为一杀菌性氨基糖苷类抗生素，抗菌谱包括革兰阳性、阴性，需氧病原菌，如铜绿假单胞菌、葡萄球菌、流感杆菌和结膜炎杆菌、克雷伯菌属、肠杆菌、变形杆菌等，庆大霉素局部应用对引起眼前段感染的大多数细菌有良好的抑杀作用，其作用机制为抑制敏感细菌的蛋白质合成。双氯芬酸钠和庆大霉素组成复方具有与单独应用庆大霉素相同的广谱抗革兰阳性和阴性病原菌的作用，双氯芬酸钠并不影响庆大霉素的抗菌效果。动物研究表明，两者的联合组方不仅对结膜炎症，而且对化脓性角膜炎的完全愈合的作用均大于单独应用庆大霉素。临床用于有细菌感染危险的眼前段炎症，如眼部手术后。
【用法用量】滴眼：每日4次，每次1滴，最长连续滴用一般不超过2周。
