（二）疾病预防控制机构（结核病防治机构）
1.建立与辖区内学校结核病的联防、联控机制，每年制订学校结核病防治工作计划，并积极组织各级医疗机构、基层医疗卫生机构、中小学校卫生保健所及学校认真贯彻落实。
2.协助学校制定结核病防治工作方案，建立健全学校结核病防治工作职责以及各项管理制度，为学校提供结核病防控工作培训和技术支持，定期到学校进行业务技术指导，了解各项防控措施的落实和执行情况，发现问题及时督促整改。
3.负责结核病患者的诊断、登记、报告、治疗、管理、临诊健康教育等工作。
4.负责每日在传染病大疫情网上浏览搜索学校肺结核或疑似肺结核病患者报告信息，将其基本信息导出，核对患者是否到疾病预防控制机构（结核病防治机构）或定点医院就诊；对未就诊者予以登记，填写患者追踪通知单，及时与学校联系进行追踪。一旦监测学校发现活动性肺结核患者，应对其密切接触者进行筛查。
5.负责学校结核病疫情信息的收集、整理、分析，预测学校结核病的发生、流行趋势，将信息及时报告给同级卫生、教育行政部门和上一级疾病预防控制机构，并向学校通报辖区结核病疫情信息，提出相应防控措施。
6.负责对学校结核病突发公共卫生事件开展现场流行病学调查与处置，并将调查结果及时上报同级卫生、教育行政部门和上一级疾病预防控制机构。
7.当发生结核病疫情时，县（区）级疾病预防控制机构（结核病防治机构）应成立学校肺结核疫情应急处置小组，在学校的配合下深入现场，具体负责结核病疫情的核实，流行病学调查，传播范围的判定，密切接触者的筛查，病例的诊断、治疗、管理，咨询服务，健康教育，对事件的发展趋势进行预测评估，上报疫情处置报告以及为学校提出具体的防控措施建议等。
