《ANSYS大跨度桥梁高等有限元分析与工程实例》:
(1)分别采用当前设计与前一设计时,目标函数的变化值小于目标函数的容许误差T。
(2)分别采用当前设计与最佳合理设计时,目标函数的变化值小于目标函数的容许误差T。
(3)分别采用当前设计与前一设计时,所有设计变量的变化值小于各自容许误差T。
(4)分别采用当前设计与最佳合理设计时,所有设计变量的变化值小于各自容许误差T。
从上可以看出,前两个收敛条件与一阶方法完全相同,但多出了两个条件。以上分析表明,收敛并不代表实际的最小值已经得到了,只表明迭代过程满足了以上4个准则之一。因此,需对优化结果进行再分析,如有必要还需另做附加优化分析。
如果零阶方法生成了许多不合理的设计序列,说明状态变量的近似不能良好地反映状态变量的实际情况,在这种情况下,有如下三种处理方法:①增加连续不合理设计次数的允许值,然后用附加的零阶方法分析;②在连续的逼近过程中不断选择最佳设计,以得到更好的曲线拟合;③在状态变量的逼近时选择交叉项。
3.1.3一种模型修正方法
已有研究表明,现有的各种模型修正方法都存在其针对性,大都采用单一动力或静力数据进行修正,导致所得修正结果有不同程度的片面性。例如,仅仅基于实测模态进行模型修正,这样修正后的模型有可能出现这种情况:静力响应的理论值与实测值吻合程度未能得到改善,甚至某些响应值吻合程度比初始模型更差。大跨度悬索桥结构模型修正中,由于影响因素众多而复杂,更加易于出现上述不良情况。为此,本章利用结构动力特性的有限元分析及实测结果,基于上述特征值灵敏度分析以及优化算法原理,提出了一种结构有限元模型修正的新思路。该法以结构设计参数为待修正参数,以自振特性为目标函数,以静力响应为校核函数。其中设计参数的上下限根据测试所得静力响应值和理论值的对比以及工程经验来确定,以使得修正后的模型能够较好地全面反映结构的整体动静力性能。
修正程序的流程图见图3.1。
采用APDL编写了图3-1所示结构有限元模型修正相应程序,在应用该程序进行优化的过程中应注意以下事项:
(1)全部分析过程,也就是从图中的“开始”至“结束”,包括建立分析模型、设定设计变量、设定状态变量、定义目标函数以及提取优化结果等,都必须使用参数设计语言APDL,尽量避免交互式图形用户界面GUl的使用。
(2)由于选择过多的设计变量(包括结构的物理参数和几何参数等),将会使得目标函数收敛于局部最小值的可能性增加,在分析高度非线性问题时甚至可能会引起不收敛,同时会增大迭代次数,使得耗时增多,因此应当尽量减少设计变量的数目。
