Book Abstract

◎认识肤质
认识自己的肤质是护肤的基础。
我们时常听到肤质的鉴别方法：洗脸后看皮肤紧绷多长时间，用纸巾按压看油分状况，用闪光灯对着脸拍照看反光，等等。在皮肤学上，还有一些其他的复杂分类系统。
这些方法具有一定的参考价值，但从判断方法的表述上来看，对普通读者来说有些复杂。其实，每个人都可以轻松地对自己脸上的油分和水分状况有个清楚而直观地了解，例如：
整日油光满面——油性肤质；
仅在额头、鼻子和下巴经常有油光，脸颊并没有油光——混合性肤质；
肌肤状况非常好，不油不腻，平整光滑健康——中性肤质；
总是感到紧绷、缺水，冬季容易脱屑皴裂，皮肤薄且易起干纹——干性肤质。
◎肤质是可变的
肤质可能会随着年龄和季节、地域、护肤方法而变化——所以护肤品、方法也应随之改变。比如：
在儿童时期，皮肤多以中性或干性为主，进入青春期，部分人会向油性、混合性分化。
随着年龄增长，皮脂分泌会减少，肌肤会向少油的混合性、干性肌肤转变。
若服用某些药物，如维A酸，会强烈抑制皮肤油脂分泌，油性肌肤会向中性混合性或敏感性肌肤转变。
冬天皮肤油脂分泌减少，夏天皮肤油脂分泌增多，所以油性和混合性肌肤冬天会向中性、混合偏干性肌肤转化，夏天是中性、混合性肌肤，到冬天可能转为偏干性肌肤。
南方地区中性肌肤的人到了北方，可能会因皮脂分泌不足而变为干性肌肤（缺水），
所以，这种肤质的人在南方时可能根本不需要考虑保湿问题，在北方保湿却成为必修课。
◎你是敏感性肌肤吗？
敏感性肌肤，作为一种肤质类型近年来才被认可。有很多女性肌肤已经敏感了还不自知，就不能及时得到恰当的护理。
敏感性肌肤的主要表现是皮肤受损，角质层薄，细胞间脂质缺乏或成分紊乱，耐受度低，保水力差，所以当遇到冷、热、酸、碱等物理、化学刺激的时候，很容易发红、刺痛；非常容易被晒伤；缺乏正常皮肤的防御能力，很容易受到微生物损伤和攻击。
☆小心“后天敏感”
敏感性肌肤可分为先天和后天两类。近些年来，由于对护肤的重视，不少女性过度护肤，例如过度清洁、过度去角质、做面膜过多、涂太多护肤品、追求速效美容等，这些
行为破坏了皮肤，敏感性肌肤的比例越来越高。
若你是狂热的护肤品爱好者，且肌肤有以下特征时，应当考虑是敏感性肌肤，必须立即停止伤害肌肤的做法，并且采用修护措施，让肌肤重新获得健康。
1.皮肤看起来薄得透明；
2.面部隐约有红血丝或经常潮红，对轻微的冷、热风吹都有很明显的反应；
3.皮肤经常觉得紧绷缺水，秋冬季非常容易脱皮；
4.使用某些护肤品时皮肤刺痛，甚至流汗都会刺痛；
5.毛孔经常起疹子、小颗粒，有的会发炎，但并不存在角质厚的情况。
任何类型的肌肤都可能变成敏感性肌肤。
美国迈阿密大学鲍曼博士把皮肤是否敏感、是否容易色沉、油或是干、松弛还是紧致这四个因素进行交叉组合，得到16种肌肤类型。所以很多人认为混合性、油性皮肤不会敏感，其实是个误区。
混合性敏感肌肤的外在表现，通常是T区比较油，而V区干燥敏感。
