# 三食三餐 # 6.25午餐打卡~(≧∇≦) 图一是我的主食,大拼盘似的,吃的可满足了!虽然减肥,但不能亏待了自己的胃… 图二春卷是用的荷叶皮做的~ 因为临时想吃可是家里没有春卷皮 就学着动动手擀几张皮现吃已足够! 我用的配方是曼食慢语的Amanda老师给的方子量的一半ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ 为了吃的痛快减少工作量 我把这一半的量只擀了10张皮… 不过口感还是很好的 虽然…技术不是很好 没有到可透光的地步,但是还是很好吃的,一点吃不出粉皮厚重的感觉! 夏天到了 发面醒面都很快 节省了不少时间 热水泡了一小缕粉丝 一小缕木耳丝 切了一点鸡肉条 还有炒了点蛋碎 就这样了 😂内馅也是自己喜欢什么放什么 不要放水份太多的蔬菜即可,如果你非要放,那也行!沥干水分就成! 皮我是用两张合并在一起烙的 所以很快 …大概5分钟吧 全部烙完了 然后菜也凉了 可以直接卷起来就大口大口的吃吧! 💕 减肥的人也能偷吃几个!没有关系!(安慰自己) 不过卡路里真的不是很高啦,因为没有多油啊什么的! 哈哈我的梦想就是能吃着瘦! 💕 😂祝我早日成功!
