🍁 Now it's autumn, and the weather is slightly cooler.
When it was time for dinner, I didn't know what to eat. Seeing that there happened to be pork and wonton wrappers bought two days ago in the refrigerator, I thought of eating wontons!
🍂Materials:
wonton wrappers (square), ground pork;
Seaweed, shrimp, spring onion, garlic, tomato 🍅;
Oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, white pepper.
Filling: minced pork with a little soy sauce, oyster sauce, oil, black pepper, salt, starch, egg white. Then stir in one direction, be sure to go in one direction! Like I am clockwise.
Soup base: I put chopped shallots and minced garlic, seasoned with oyster sauce, soy sauce, a little black pepper, and white pepper. I also put in some sesame oil. Small shrimp can be put directly into the seasoning. Then add broth (chicken broth or beef broth), use boiling water if not available.
(The seaweed should be soaked for a while in advance, then washed and cooked with the wontons)
Once the wontons and seaweed are cooked, take them out and put them in the soup base, and the small wontons with fresh meat will be ready overnight~🍲😘
