There are quite a lot of beef tendons left at home, so I want to make a stew!
Because the beef tendon is relatively firm, I gave up the idea of simmering in a pot. It must be simmered for a long time! The pressure cooker instant pot is much faster!
practice:
✨Cut the beef tendon into small pieces, blanch, remove the foam and set aside!
✨ Potato hob diced!
✨Heat the pan, fry the potato cubes a little, then add the beef tendon!
✨Add 2 bay leaves, 1 clove, garlic, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and I also added dried chili!
✨ Then add a bowl of water, boil it, and you can pour it all into the instant pot!
✨Turn on the "meat/stew" file and you're done!
It’s super easy and convenient, and I finally tasted the flavor and added salt after I let it out!

家里剩下的牛腱子还挺多的,就想来做个炖菜!
因为牛腱子比较紧实,所以就放弃了在锅里炖的想法,肯定要炖很久!高压锅instant pot就快速许多啦!
做法:
✨牛腱子切小块,焯水,捞出浮沫备用!
✨土豆滚刀切块!
✨热锅,稍微煎一下土豆块,然后放入牛腱子肉!
✨加入2片香叶,一颗丁香,蒜,2勺酱油,一勺老抽,我还加了干辣椒!
✨然后加入一碗水,煮一下,就可以全部倒进instant pot里了!
✨打开“meat/stew”档炖就搞定了!
超级简单方便,我最后放完气才尝一下味道,添加盐巴!
