Yamiセレクション # 来亚米才知道的美食 # 只要牛肉做的入味,我觉得配什么吃都无敌好吃。家属不喜欢带汤的面,所以我就试了用炒面的方法做了红烧牛肉炒面,加上自己做的手工面,实在是太美味啦!其实就是面煮好后在锅中加入牛肉和少量牛肉汤翻炒几下放些香菜就可以出锅。 💕今天想分享给大家红烧牛肉我的秘密做法。🙈 <做法> 1⃣️冷水下锅焯熟牛腩,加入几片生姜。水开后用勺子一直撇浮沫到不再有多余沫,盛出晾干水。 2⃣️锅内加油小火融化一小把白砂糖,加入牛肉,调成中火后炒糖色,加入料酒、生抽、老抽和五香粉。加蒜片,大葱,和红辣椒。 3⃣️锅内加入开水,加两三勺腐乳汁,加一小把花椒和一两片桂皮。烧开后加入电饭锅按煮饭键即可。临出锅前放一些油泼辣子就马上特别香! 我用的是电饭锅,煮出来软硬正好,不同电饭锅的设置不太一样,如果不够软可以再按一次煮饭键。如果没有电饭锅也可以放在原来的锅内焖煮二三十分钟再大火收汁。如果使用高压锅,可以高压10分钟低压15分钟左右。 做好的红烧肉可以直接吃,肉和汤都可以用来煮面,也可以炖到菜里,总之我觉得怎么吃都好吃😋
