A chicken (the smaller kind) has its head, butt and guts removed.
The chicken was stewed badly, the chicken bones were soft, and the soup was thick.
Other ingredients: 1 red date, 1 chestnut, 1 ginseng, some glutinous rice.
It may have been soaked for a long time, and the red dates and chestnuts have no taste.
I add a little water to boil and eat it directly. After cooking, it is very fragrant.

一只鸡（比较小的那种）去头去屁股去内脏。
鸡肉炖得比较烂，鸡骨头是酥软，汤偏浓稠。
其它材料：一个红枣、一个板栗、一条参、一些糯米。
可能泡久了，红枣和板栗味道没有味道。
我是加一点水烧开直接吃，煮好之后问起来挺香的。
