这周又下单了一张亚米生鲜.

怎么办.因为可以送货的家.

现在已经懒的连超市都不想去了.

哈哈.好爽!

这周买了啥呢.





其中我最爱的就是石螺.也不确定新不新鲜.

所以先买了一磅试试.这里是我的一人份.满足.


那么石螺肯定要爆炒才好吃的.

那么来分享一下我们家的做法吧.






1.炒石螺之前.先让石螺加点盐泡水.这样做是为了让石螺吐沙.吃起来更美味也干净.最好泡上几个小时. 再然后用钳子钳掉尾端.不过一般超市买回来的石螺都已经处理好这一部分了.

2.水烧开.然后放入石螺煮熟透.尽量熟透了在炒.不然有很多寄生虫.现在特别时期.大家还是注意一下.

3. 热锅下油.先放蒜、姜、辣椒进去爆炒出香味后在放石螺下锅翻炒.

4.加入糖、盐、味精、胡椒粉、蚝油、料酒后再翻炒一会即可出锅了!


就是这么简单.然后香喷喷的炒石螺出锅了.

我一人真的可以吃一整盘呢.而且还很快速.

一般像我这样吃石螺高手是不需要牙签来淘石螺肉的.













直接吸石螺尾端后.然后在吸石螺前端.

石螺肉就这么轻而易举吸出来了.


然后石螺肉的尾部我是不建议吃的.

因为尾部软软的口感也不好.

而且寄生虫一般都在那.
