Little Sheep Mushroom is my favorite hot pot base, it feels pretty good, I recommend it.
I bought a lot of hot pot bases from Yami before. The price of this one is 4.99, which is a bit more expensive than Haidilao's 4.19.
The material package is 140g, divided into three small packages, one delicious soup package, one mushroom and wolfberry dry package, and one fragrant chicken oil package.
The most important thing should be the bag of soup stock, which smells like mushrooms. After adding boiling water, it becomes a fragrant soup base.
I usually add mushrooms and enoki mushrooms first, and add them fresh. The shabu-shabu and shabu-shabu dishes have the fragrance of mushrooms.
But because it is relatively light, I have to adjust a separate dipping sauce, sweet noodle sauce and sand tea. Little Sheep's hot pot dip is also good.

小肥羊菌菇是我常用的火锅底料,感觉还不错,推荐一下。
之前在亚米买了一大堆火锅底料,这款价格是4.99,比海底捞的4.19贵一些。
料包140g,一共分三小包,一个鲜美汤料包,一个菌菇枸杞干料包,一个香醇鸡油包。
最重要的应该是那袋汤料包,闻起来有菌菇香气,加开水之后就变成香喷喷的汤底了。
我一般会先加蘑菇和金针菇,鲜上加鲜。涮肉涮菜都有菌菇香。
但是因为比较清淡,我还要单独调个蘸料,甜面酱加沙茶。小肥羊的那款火锅蘸料也不错。
