Step∎➡ Pour some powder from the package into a bowl, don't pour too much, just about two teaspoons is OK. (see picture 3)

Step∎➡ Prepare a bottle of fresh boiling hot water which is just boiling at 100℃, never use the warm water. Add the hot boiling water slowly into the damped lotus root powder, at the same time stir the paste quickly by a spoon, until the paste becomes clear and half solid that is somewhat between liquid and solid.
