My favorite noodle in summer is tomato egg noodle. The noodles are the Yubaifa Japanese-style vermicelli bought at Yami, which is my favorite thin noodles.
It will be cooked in three minutes, thin and firm, and not lumpy. And the noodles themselves have a salty taste, which is delicious without over-seasoning. It is also good for Japanese ramen.

夏天很喜欢吃的面就是番茄鸡蛋面。面条用的是在亚米买的友白发日式挂面,是我很喜欢的细面。
煮三分钟就能熟,又细又劲道,也不会坨。而且面条本身带有咸味,不需要过度调味就很好吃。用来做日式拉面也不错。
