🔸Soul sauce recipe:
Light Soy Sauce + Balsamic Vinegar + Sesame Sauce + Oyster Sauce + Sugar + Chili Noodles

(Usually white sesame sauce, but I love this black sesame sauce recently. It can be spread on bread, mixed with noodles, and made as hot pot dipping sauce! It’s super fragrant!)

🔶Before preparing the ingredients, make the garlic water soak:
3 cloves minced garlic + 1 teaspoon salt + 3 teaspoons water

🔶Cucumber, tomato, omelette, cilantro shredded
.
🔶Cook the cold noodles for 4 minutes and remove from the ice water
Be sure to cool down completely!
Mix all the ingredients together!

(一般为白芝麻酱,不过我最近超爱这款黑芝麻酱,抹面包、拌面、做火锅蘸酱都🉑!超香!)

🔶准备材料前先做蒜水泡着:
3瓣蒜泥+1小勺盐+3勺水

🔶青瓜、西红柿、蛋饼、香菜切丝
.
🔶冷面煮4分钟捞出过冰水
一定要完完全全降温!
材料全部拌均即可!
