Yamibuy Flower Cake Comparison: Jiahua, Lianchen Garden, Yami, Pan Xiangji

1, classic rose flavor


From left to right are Ka Wah50g, Lianchen Garden span>25g,Yami25g.








Head:

Kia Wah is the largest and thinnest.

Ami has the smallest area and the highest average.

Lianchen Garden is larger than Ami and a little shorter.


Skin:

Kia Wah's skin is thin and soft, and it is basically stuffing when you bite into it.

Asian skin is thick and multi-layered, which is relatively hard.

Lianchen Garden's skin is medium in thickness, with many layers, soft and crispy.


Stuffing:

Kia Wah has the most filling, and you can eat roses. Not too sweet, wet, not too greasy.

Lian Chen Garden has a lot of stuffing, with a hint of roses. Not too sweet, dry, not greasy at all.

The amount of stuffing in Amy is relatively small (Fig. 3 looks like the amount of stuffing in Amy is less than the average level, and Fig. 4 is a little higher than the average level. The amount of stuffing in Amy is a little bit higher. It is more accurate to refer to the other flavors of Ami below), there are hints of roses, and the rose pieces are between the size of Jiahua and Lianchen Garden. Not too sweet, dry but a little wetter than Lianchen Garden, not greasy at all.


Personal taste prefers soft outer skin and dry filling, so I like Lian Chen Garden the most. However, Lianchen Garden has the lowest rating in Yami, probably because everyone's taste is different from mine.





2, other rose flavors







Left: Ya Mi, highland barley rose flavor. Personally, I don't feel the obvious difference from the classic rose flavor of Ami.

Right: Lianchen Garden, purple sweet potato rose flavor. Purple potato rose flavor is the same as the classic rose flavor, except that purple potato is added to the outer skin, which is a bit softer than the outer skin of classic rose.



Front left: Ya Mi, highland barley rose flavor.

Back left: Ami, classic rose flavor.

Front right: Lianchen Garden, purple sweet potato rose flavor.

Back right: Lianchen Garden, classic rose flavor.





3, other flavors












From left to right, they are: Lianchen Garden Jasmine, Ami Jasmine, and Ami Osmanthus.


Lianchen Garden Jasmine Flavor: The skin is soft and crispy, with a lot of filling, but the filling taste is a bit unusual, I can't describe it. Personally, I prefer the jasmine flavor of Ami.

Ami Jasmine: Like the classic rose skin, it is thicker, harder and more layered than Lianchen Garden. Although the filling amount is not as good as that of Lian Chen Garden, I personally think it is enough. The filling has a fresh taste and is worth trying.

Ami Osmanthus Flavor: Same as classic rose rind. The filling taste is not good, and I am not personally used to it.


In general, I prefer rose-flavored fillings. If I want to try other flavors, I will only repurchase Ami's Jasmine flavor.



Pan Xiangji















Pan Xiang Kee's flower filling is wetter, but drier than Jia Hua.

Advantages: The flower filling tastes good

Disadvantages: the skin is too thick, the filling is not much, the skin is dry and powdery (except soft skin)

亚米网鲜花饼比较:嘉华,连宸花园,丫眯,潘祥记

1,经典玫瑰味


从左到右分别是嘉华50g,连宸花园25g,丫眯25g








个头:

嘉华面积最大,而且最薄。

亚眯面积最小,平均最高。

连宸花园面积较亚眯大,比亚眯矮一点。


外皮:

嘉华皮薄而软,一口咬下去基本是馅。

亚眯皮厚,层次多,相比之下偏硬。

连宸花园皮厚度居中,层次较多,偏软而且有酥酥的感觉。


内馅:

嘉华内馅最多,可以吃出片片玫瑰。不会过甜,湿,不会太腻。

连宸花园内馅量较多,有丝丝玫瑰。不会过甜,偏干,完全不腻。

亚眯内馅量相比较少(图三看上去的亚眯内馅量比其平均水平少,图四比其平均水平高一点。亚眯内馅量还是参考下文的亚眯其他口味更准确),有丝丝玫瑰,玫瑰片大小介于嘉华和连宸花园之间。不会过甜,偏干但是比连宸花园湿一点,完全不腻。


个人口味偏好软的外皮和干的内馅,所以总体最喜欢连宸花园。然而连宸花园在亚米的评价最低,大概是大家的口味与我不同。





2,其他玫瑰味







左:亚眯,青稞玫瑰味。个人没感受到和亚眯经典玫瑰味的明显区别。

右:连宸花园,紫薯玫瑰味。紫薯玫瑰味与经典玫瑰味内馅相同,只是外皮加了紫薯,比经典玫瑰的外皮更软一点。



前左:亚眯,青稞玫瑰味。

后左:亚眯,经典玫瑰味。

前右:连宸花园,紫薯玫瑰味。

后右:连宸花园,经典玫瑰味。





3,其他口味












从左至右,分别是:连宸花园茉莉味,亚眯茉莉味,亚眯桂花味。


连宸花园茉莉味:皮软而酥,内馅量多,但是内馅味道有些不寻常,形容不上来,个人更喜欢亚眯的茉莉味。

亚眯茉莉味:和经典玫瑰外皮一样,比连宸花园厚一点、硬一点、层次较多。内馅量虽然不及连宸花园,但是个人觉得也够了。内馅味道清新,值得尝试。

亚眯桂花味:和经典玫瑰外皮相同。内馅味道不好评论,个人不太适应。


整体来说,个人更偏好玫瑰味的内馅。如果想要吃其他口味,我也只会回购亚眯的茉莉味。



潘祥记















潘祥记的鲜花馅较湿,但是比嘉华干一些。

优点:鲜花馅味道不错

缺点:皮太厚,馅不多,皮较干较粉(软皮除外)
