This is starfruit juice, but the taste is totally different from what I had before. I have tried fresh star fruit juice in the past, but this is salted and preserved, not fresh. At first when I drank this juice I thought it was spoiled, it was very salty and a little bitter. Licorice powder is added, which gives this a very strange flavor.
Even if you mix this with other drinks, the taste is not good, the licorice and salt is too strong. I don't know what to do with this juice, the instructions say that it can be used to pickle food, but I haven’t tried that yet.
