This pepper is recommended for cracking on the wall. It is a must for making spicy dishes. If you don’t have it, it feels wrong. Homemade chili oil is also useful, very fragrant✌️

好久没做麻婆豆腐了，那天脑袋一灵光〜 就做了😂
用的是盒装豆腐，超级方便啊，而且很好吃。
先用先用自制辣椒油下锅，加入豆瓣和酱油，炒香，放入豆腐和水，然后中火煮10分钟，这时加入肥牛！（吃肉吃肉=￣ω￣=）然后倒入淀粉水勾芡，最后撒上花椒面！完成✌️
这个花椒面墙裂推荐，做麻辣菜必备的，少了就觉得不对劲。自制的辣椒油也有用，很香✌️
