A serious topic today: the harm caused by improper weight loss
I started losing weight last year10month, and I think I eat less and more meals, There are protein, vegetables, meat, fruit and exercise together, which is the so-called healthy weight loss. Turns out, I was wrong because I forgot another element the body needs, carbohydrates❗️
I was very careful about my calorie intake for half a year, no more than 1200 per dayCalories.
Eat breakfast with oatmeal, boiled eggs, or milk+whole wheat bread, lunch is Chicken Breast+Greens+Tofu/Konjac, or a little rice occasionally, a small bowl of fruit in the afternoon, and oatmeal in the evening span>orPurple Potatoor Sesame paste. Then I lost weight from55kgto49kg, there are also great changes in body size. So far my body is fine.
But after that, I didn't like to eat staple food. One was that I was afraid of getting fat, and the other was that I really didn't want to eat it, so what kind of rice, pasta, and even the purple potato oatmeal I originally ate. neither eat. Breakfast is soy milk+whole wheat bread, and lunch is vegetables, eggs and some vegetarian food, such as fungus, yuba, bean paste, etc. Yes, sometimes I just eat fruit and milk for dinner. Then 3months to lose weight45kg, the body fat percentage is only 14%.
But❗️During this period, my body began to change, which is edema . I was thinking, why am I eating so little every day and my lower body is getting more and more swollen? (And my upper body is already so thin that I can see the bones in my chest)
I felt very unhappy at first because my legs seemed to be very thick, but then I couldn't care about it anymore, because the physical discomfort was greater than the requirements for appearance. My legs and abdomen were swollen and painful, and my skin felt itchy and sore, as if the skin was swelled, and then at this time❗️My aunt left me. I didn't come for a month at first, then I drank Chinese medicine and came. But because I didn't find the reason myself, I still had the same diet and exercise, so my body has been swollen until now, and it has been half a year before and after. This time too, my aunt didn't come for a month, her body was so swollen that she couldn't bear to look directly, her legs were heavy, her whole body was very weak, and her stomach hurt again.
I only recently realized that I was doing something wrong by not consuming starch, and I don't know if it's too late, but at least I found the problem and I'm going to fix it now!
Now I always eat white rice at noon every day, and usually eat Ejiao and Siwu soup. In the evening, drink white rice porridge or the following porridge, which is cooked in a pressure cooker with black rice, red beans, millet and brown sugar. But my body hasn't improved yet, because it's only been a week since I started.
I am writing this today to tell you little fairies that although losing weight is a personal decision, health is really the most important thing. There were several nights where I was so uncomfortable because of the edema or cold hands and feet that I couldn’t sleep, and every time I went to the toilet, I was disappointed because my aunt didn’t come, and I was mentally hurt a lot. I hope that when you lose weight, you must eat starch. If you are really afraid of getting fat, you can change it to coarse grains, but you must eat starch! Keep calories at 1500 and exercise moderately.

今天讲一个严肃的话题:不正当减肥带来的伤害
我去年10月份开始减肥的,我自认为少食多餐,有蛋白质、蔬菜、肉、水果并且配合运动,就是所谓的健康减肥。事实证明,我错了,因为我忘了人体所需要的另一个元素,碳水化合物❗️
在半年的时间内,我非常注意卡路里的摄入,每天不超过1200卡路里。
早餐吃燕麦煮鸡蛋,或者牛奶+全麦面包,午餐就是鸡胸肉+青菜+豆腐/魔芋,或偶尔吃一点点饭,下午一小碗水果,晚上则是燕麦or紫薯or芝麻糊。每星期运动4次,跳郑多燕(这里强烈安利垫上操,练腹部和腿部的,很有效)
然后我从55kg瘦到了49kg,体型上也有很大的变化。到目前为止,我的身体还算正常。
但是之后,我变得不爱吃主食,一是怕胖,二是真的就不想去吃,所以什么米饭,面食,甚至连原本吃的紫薯燕麦都不吃了。早餐就是豆浆+全麦面包,午餐则是青菜鸡蛋和一些素食,比如木耳,腐竹,豆泡之类的,晚餐有时候就直接吃水果配牛奶。然后3个月瘦到了45kg,体脂率才14%。
但是❗️这期间,我的身体开始了变化,也就是水肿。我在想,为什么我每天吃的都这么少了,我的下半身却越来越肿?(而且我的上半身已经是瘦到胸前的骨头都看得见)
最开始是觉得很不开心,因为看起来腿特别粗,但是后来我已经顾不上了,因为身体的难受大过了对外貌的要求。我的腿和腹部肿到疼痛,皮肤也感觉痒和疼,像是皮被涨开一样,然后这时候❗️我的姨妈离我远去了。刚开始是一个月没来,然后喝了中药,来了。但是由于我自己没有找到原因,还是一样原来的饮食和运动,所以身体就这么一直水肿到现在,前后算一下也有半年了。这次也是,姨妈一个月没来,身体肿得不忍直视,然后腿很沉,整个人很无力,腹部又疼。
我是到最近才明白自己不摄入淀粉是件错误的事,虽然不知道算不算晚,但是至少我发现了问题,现在要来解决它!
现在我每天中午一定会吃白米饭,平常会吃阿胶和四物汤。晚上喝白米粥或者是下面这个粥,是黑米,红豆,小米和红糖一起用高压锅煮的。但是我的身体暂时还没有好转,因为才开始一个星期而已。
今天写这个就是想告诉各位小仙女,减肥虽然是个人的决定,但是健康真的最重要。有好几个晚上我因为水肿疼得难受或是手脚冰凉难以入睡,并且每次去厕所都是失望,因为姨妈没有来,精神上也受到了很大的伤害。希望大家在减肥的同时,淀粉一定要摄入,如果实在怕胖就改成粗粮,但是一定要吃淀粉!卡路里保持在1500,并且适量的运动。
