It was my first time to buy something at Yami (picture 1), and I was very excited when I received it. But when I opened the box, I found that my herbs were broken, the herbs were scattered all over the box (Picture 2), the hair dye was broken (Picture 3), and my snacks were also broken (Picture 4). Very disappointing packaging ☹️
