1. The vegetarian meat of beef and sheep tastes very good. Although the vegetarian mutton skewers are not directly made into mutton flavor, but the addition of cumin makes it feel like eating mutton. The seasoning is fragrant, but not too spicy. If you eat it directly, the taste is very solid and chewy. After I rinsed it and boiled it into the noodles, it sucked up the soup. It was soft, tender and fragrant. When you bite into it, you can taste the real thing. It is even more delicious than the roast chicken I cut into the noodles. .


2. The fried bean curd with shiitake mushrooms is a lot of fun. There are indeed shiitake mushrooms in it. If you are lucky, you can also encounter small shiitake mushrooms that are not chopped. It is slippery and chewy, and it is very tasty. The dried bean curd was so soft that I even wondered if it had been fried or deep-fried and then marinated. The seasoning is also good, slightly spicy for me, but the spice flavor is not overpowered. Worth a try.


Black garlic oil is still the lightest flavor of the previous one, and the soup is as delicious as ever. The small oil bag (probably the legendary black garlic oil) is also added. A touch of garlic makes for a richer and more intense flavor. The noodles are still quite strong, which is quite suitable for the price.

黑蒜油这款一直备受好评,然鹅我一直想知道传说中的黑蒜油到底是啥于是就买了一包煮来尝了。👇


扔了些豆制品进去:


1. 牛羊的素肉味道非常好。素羊肉串的虽然没有直接做成羊肉味,但加了孜然,也是有吃羊肉的感觉了。调味很香,但又不是很辣。直接吃的话口感很瓷实,有嚼头;被我涮过煮进面里之后吸足了汤,软嫩鲜香,一口咬下去可以以假乱真,比我切进面里的烤鸡肉还要好吃。


2. 香菇炒豆干十分有趣。里面的确是有香菇的,运气好的还能遇见没有切碎的小朵香菇,滑溜溜又禁嚼,还很入味。豆干口感十分酥软,我甚至怀疑是不是煎过或炸过然后再卤的。调味也很好,对我来说稍微有点辣,但香料的味道并没有被压过去。值得一试。


黑蒜油这款依旧是出前一丁的清淡向,汤头一如既往的鲜美。那个小油包(可能就是传说中的黑蒜油吧是有些黑色不知道为啥)还加了一点淡淡的蒜味,使味道更丰富更浓郁。面饼也还是挺劲道那种,对于这个价格来说相当合适。
