今天教大家家常菜醋溜白菜的做法,开胃酸爽,简单易学!让你把你平时不喜欢吃的白菜帮子都变得天下第一好吃!



用料:李锦记蚝油,香醋,干辣椒🌶️四五颗,大白菜,葱白,蒜瓣,盐,酱油和少许糖。



白菜洗净,把白菜帮子和叶子分离,因为叶子怎么弄都好吃,随便切切,菜帮子要斜斜地切成片,比较容易入味,干辣椒切段,葱白切碎,蒜切片,如果你喜欢放姜片也可以放。



接下来我们来调酱汁,两勺醋,一勺蚝油,一勺酱油,少许白糖提鲜,少许盐,搅匀。
