Tools and Materials:
1: kitchen towel or oil-absorbing paper (for oil-absorbing)
2: oil (frying oil or vegetable oil, peanut oil is more fragrant)
3: panko (bread crumbs)
4: Lettuce
5: Eggs
6: Iron clips (long bamboo chopsticks)
7: Pork chops
Start making:
1: Lightly chop the pork with the back of the knife.
2: The left side is not chopped, and the right side is chopped loosely at the front and back, which makes the meat easier to cook and softer when frying.
3: Heat oil on high heat, bread crumbs and egg liquid, and steak is ready.
4: If you know if the oil is hot enough, you can sprinkle bread crumbs in it, and if it bubbles, you can fry it.
5: First dip in egg mixture-bread crumbs (personal preference). If the surface is more crispy: egg liquid - bread crumbs - egg liquid - bread crumbs.
6: Turn the heat to medium, add the pork chops and fry.
7: The amount of oil is best to submerge the entire pork chop and heat evenly. (5-8 minutes)
8: You can use chopsticks to insert the pork chops, and you can measure whether the meat is cooked (poke it down to show that the meat is cooked).
9: After frying, take it out and use absorbent paper or kitchen towel to absorb the excess.
Shredded lettuce for low wood. Slice pork chops onto a plate.
Ketchup, Thousand Island Sauce, Rice, Coke. Ready to eat. In about 30 minutes, the sumptuous evening is ready.
