Dried tofu better than meat




Today I want to share a simple and quick stir-fry, Prince Mushroom🍄Fragrant and dried lotus root. The taste is heavier because of the use of beef head brand shallot sauce and Master TianLaksa. I thought of using laksa because last time I opened a pack of laksa to make soup, I only used half of it, and I wanted to change the taste to cook the rest. Dried bean curd and prince mushroom have no taste, but they are easy to absorb, so I prefer to cook with strong flavor🍳


Materials:

A pack of soy bean spice (4blocks or so) can be cut into strips or slices

two prince mushrooms cut into strips or slices

Lotus root half section sliced and cut into strips

Half shredded red pepper (can be omitted)

Half shredded onion (can be omitted)< /p>

Two slices of ginger

Half tablespoon of beef head brand shallot sauce

One tablespoon of Master Tian’s curry laksa

Half tablespoon of soy sauce


Big fire🔥Hot oil in a pan, saute ginger slices first Then add the onions and red peppers1min.

Next, add the prince mushroom, stir fry the lotus root and shallot sauce for two minutes, then the prince mushroom will come out of water, add dried tofu, laksa sauce, and soy sauce and stir-fry for two minutes. Taste, if it's not salty enough, you can add some soy sauce and serve!

比肉還好吃的豆乾




今天想分享一道簡單快炒,王子菇🍄蓮藕炒香乾。味道比較重因為用了牛頭牌紅蔥醬跟田師傅Laksa。會想到用叻沙,是因為上次開了一包叻沙煮湯,只用了一半,剩下的想換換味道來煮。豆乾跟王子菇本身沒有任何味道,但是很容易吸味,所以我比較喜歡用重味道去烹飪🍳


材料:

大豆香乾一包 4塊左右)切條或是片都可以

王子菇兩個 切條或片

蓮藕半節 刨皮切條

紅椒半個切絲 (可以省略不用)

洋蔥半個切絲 (可以省略不用)

薑兩片

牛頭牌紅蔥醬半湯勺

田師傅咖喱叻沙一湯勺

醬油半湯勺


大火🔥鍋熱油,先爆香薑片 然後下洋蔥,紅椒爆炒1分鐘。

接著下王子菇,蓮藕加紅蔥醬翻炒兩分鐘,這時王子菇會出水,下豆乾,叻沙醬,醬油拌炒兩分鐘。試味,不夠鹹的可以再加點醬油,起鍋上菜!
