Cheese Rice Cake The cheese rice cake is fried until golden on all sides or added to the kimchi hot pot. It's not too delicious. The full cheese overflows from the rice cake and pulls out long threads. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water. Required ingredients (10-14 pieces): 60g glutinous rice flour, 40g sticky rice flour, 30g boiling water, appropriate amount of cold water, appropriate amount of mozzarella cheese 1️⃣ Mix glutinous rice flour and glutinous rice flour evenly, add boiling water, then add cold water and knead into a ball. 2️⃣ Heat the mozzarella cheese in the microwave for a few seconds to soften slightly and knead into a ball. 3️⃣ Divide the glutinous rice balls into about 10 equal parts, roll them into balls, flatten them, wrap the cheese balls, and shape them into long strips.
