Materials: 500g milk, 40g white sugar, 60g corn starch, 20g condensed milk, appropriate amount of coconut (sweetened can also be used to wrap a circle), tasteless vegetable oil (used to prevent sticking)

1. Put the milk, cornstarch, condensed milk, and sugar into a non-stick pan, stir first to make them mix, then turn on low heat and keep stirring until it starts to solidify into a paste.

*Be sure to mix it well before starting the fire, otherwise the starch will agglomerate

【炸鸡厨房】清爽低脂的夏日甜点:椰丝牛奶小方

到了夏天没有胃口吃太甜腻的食物,也不想出门?

没关系,这里有一款清新不腻,还简单易做的甜品可以一次你解决两种问题。

对我今天来聊一聊这个椰丝牛奶小方的做法~

只需要5种原料,4个步骤,省时省力低成本!


材料:牛奶500g,白砂糖40g,玉米淀粉60g,炼奶20g,椰蓉适量(sweetened也可以,就是用来裹一圈的),无味的植物油(用来防粘的)

对其实这个原则上来说,仔细数数也只需要五种原料而已!


1. 把牛奶,玉米淀粉,炼奶,白砂糖全部倒入不粘锅中,先搅拌一下让它们混合之后再开小火不停搅拌,一直到它开始凝固成糊糊状。

*一定要开火前就混合均匀,不然淀粉会结块

像这样~搅啊搅啊~

搅啊搅啊~变成这样的时候就表示好啦!

2. 保鲜盒里抹一层薄薄的油防粘,把锅内的牛奶糊糊倒入保鲜盒中,放到冰箱冷藏过夜(凝固大概需要三个小时左右,过夜就不用管时间啦~)


3. 冷藏好拿出来倒扣切块~抹了油的奶冻很容易就倒扣出来啦!切的时候温柔一点哦(刀面上沾点水可以防粘)

4. 干净的盘里倒入椰蓉,把奶冻放进去滚上一层椰蓉

就完成了!虽然卖相不是很好看,但炸鸡一直都是走内涵路线的人,好吃就行~
