两道家常菜

番茄炒丝瓜

这道菜是我室友烧的😂我也是第一次知道万能番茄还可以炒丝瓜。

如果只是普通用油来炒,酸酸的很开胃,这次因为刚好也在做水煮牛肉,就在只用番茄和丝瓜的基础上使用了牛油,味道更是鲜香。

接下来就是这道菜的做法:

1.首先先将番茄切大块,这样既能让番茄出汁,又可以在炖煮后(勉强)保留番茄的形状。

2.丝瓜去皮对半切开,再切成大段。

3.开火烧热锅并在锅中加入牛油或植物油。

4.烧热牛油后加入番茄翻炒,这一步是让番茄出汁。

5.加入丝瓜并按照个人喜好添加盐,我在这里加了两克的盐,这样可以适当去除酸味。

6.调小火炖三分钟就可出锅。



芹菜香干(辣)

因为我和室友都嗜辣,于是这道不辣的菜也被我们进行了改进。

因为在我这很难买到新鲜的辣青椒,所以使用的是habenero Papper
