【Coey Private Kitchen】Cheese Pork Chops with Spaghetti

I never fry food at home, and I took the first step! Cheese Pork Chops, crispy skin, tender and juicy meat, covered with cheese, this combination is really amazing, it sounds like I want to eat it🙃 🙃🙃!  


Put the two pieces of pork chops loose with the back of a knife (both sides), then sprinkle some salt and black pepper to coat evenly, and wrap them with cheese slices  

The two sides are first dipped in egg liquid, then with cornstarch, and finally with bread crumbs. Do this twice, and it will be extra crispy when fried!  

Fry in hot oil until browned 

Boil the water to cook the spaghetti and let it dry for later use; heat the pan with oil, add the garlic and saute until fragrant, then add two diced tomatoes, and finally put the spaghetti and cheese (Cheese can be added or not, it is personal preference😉)


Beep, beep, beep..... The finished product is here! When I open the pork chops, the cheese flows out. It is really bursting.😋😋😋!

【Coey私人厨房】芝士爆浆猪排配意粉

从来不在家里炸食物的我,踏出了第一步!芝士爆浆猪排,酥脆的外皮、肉嫩多汁,包裹着满满的芝士,这样的搭配真的是绝了,听起来就很想吃了🙃🙃🙃 


将两块猪扒用刀背拍松(正反两面都要哦),然后撒点盐和黑椒粉抹匀,放上芝士片包起来 

两面先沾蛋液、再粘生粉,最后粘面包糠,这个步骤做两次,炸出来会特别酥脆! 

放入热油中炸至表面焦黄 

开水把意粉煮熟,晾干待用;热锅下油,放入蒜头爆香后、再放两个切粒的番茄、最后放意粉和芝士(芝士可加可不加,个人喜好而已😉


噔噔噔噔..... 成品来咯!一切开猪排就有芝士流出来了,果然很爆浆啊😋😋😋
