【Coey养生厨房】红豆薏米桃胶

桃胶,众所周知美容养颜的好物!今天就让它变成补血、祛湿、美容养颜,合三为一的食谱👏👏👏桃胶的口感就像果冻一样,个人非常喜欢煮好后加入椰奶,吃起来有椰奶的椰香真是一级棒😋😋😋


把泡好的薏米、红豆放入水里煲至红豆开花,水可以多放点,红豆吸收水分非常快,要是你买的红豆比较难煮开、泡了一天还是比较硬的话,可以直接把红豆洗好后,用保鲜袋装好冷冻一天再煮

桃胶泡一天,把杂质用镊子清除(我用了60克桃胶,泡开后非常多,大约8人份量),放入锅中煮半小时(半小时桃胶还是会有小颗粒,喜欢桃胶完全煮融化的话,可以煮1小时)

最后就加入冰糖调味啦……因为煮的比较多,椰奶我只会在吃的时候才会加😉😉😉
