我也想吃鲜芋仙!

中秋节到啦,为了仪式感所以我也想吃鲜芋仙了

先放一张成品图骗赞好啦~

首先是鲜芋仙的组成部分:

仙草:亚米买的,看见有货就买了试试

哇 果然仙草的主要材料是糖,然后是黑糖,应该不适合我这种小胖子吧。。。

芋圆:自己做的,觉得也很胖。

红豆:自己煮的,不加糖,没什么味道lol


首先准备芋圆~

芋圆的话,用木薯粉,菱粉,或者西米粉都可以,他们好像就是不同的叫法不过牌子不一样的话好像口感不太一样。。。觉得三象的木薯粉最好用,菱粉感觉没有木薯粉好吃_(:з」∠)_

我一般随缘做饭,家里有芋头和红薯就蒸了弄成薯泥,加粉直到手感合适搓成圆子。

大概就是这样子吧∠( ᐛ 」∠)_

红薯水分高,芋头自己很黏。所以芋头里面应该要加一些牛奶,红薯就稍微多加点粉。

差不多就行。

搓圆子的时候红豆在高压锅里煮,别的都准备好了的话红豆刚好糊锅(。),美滋滋。



仙草就前一天仙草粉加热水之后丢进冰箱里。

我也是随缘加水,搅拌搅拌感觉浓度可以就丢进冰箱里了。

所以说其实能不能成功都看天意~
