I have always liked Tamagoyaki sushi before eating sushi   span>Some of the things I ate later didn't taste as good as before.   I was bored one day and decided to do it myself

Milk   10ml

Mirin   5ml p>

Salt    A little


Egg breaker   Add milk mirin and salt


***: Mirin is sweet if you feel awkward, you can leave it out

Materials:

Potato   Onions   minced meat< /span>   eggs   flour   Breadcrumbs   Salt   0 span0Black pepper

叉叉这一年做过的美食——日式美食篇3(玉子烧&可乐饼)

两款比较偏零食的日式美食~    







先说玉子烧吧


以前吃寿司我一直挺喜欢玉子烧寿司的   后来吃的一些感觉没以前吃的那么好吃味道有点不对   有一天无聊就打算自己做了

需要准备


鸡蛋  2  

牛奶   10ml

味淋   5ml

    一点点


鸡蛋打散   加入牛奶味淋和盐


***:味淋是甜的如果觉得别扭可以不加


平底锅(最好长方形   但是一般没有…)加热   加入少量油抹匀锅底


1/3蛋液倒入锅中布满锅底   基本凝固时将蛋皮卷起留出一小段   并将卷好的蛋卷推至锅的顶端


再倒入1/3蛋液   重复上一步操作(x2)   直到蛋液用完


盛出切块就可以吃啦!!!直接吃或者自己喜欢的酱料都可以


整个过程其实挺简单   不过第一次做会不那么好卷   我这个就是第一次做没有卷很好😂   而且家里一般都是圆底平底锅很少有人会有方底的

把黄瓜香肠墨鱼丸切丁   墨鱼丸过水烫熟


一个鸡蛋打散(还是两个?我忘了酌量吧😂)   加一点盐


热锅   锅里放油


倒入蛋液   等蛋液差不多凝固倒入配菜

我本来似乎是打算煎整个圆圆的蛋饼的   可是当上图底面煎完我打算翻面的时候一失手它叠起来了…………然后就分不开了😱


于是就👇🏻这样了   旁边摆上了切片香肠做装饰   另一个杯子碗(巨大的杯子   挺多用的推荐   target买的)里是香肠炒黄瓜

然后是可乐饼   这个要麻烦一点点


材料:

土豆   洋葱   肉末   鸡蛋   面粉   面包糠     黑胡椒粉


土豆去皮洗净切片(比较容易蒸熟)   放入蒸锅蒸熟    其实煮熟也是可以的但是要注意沥干水分或者用厨房纸吸干水分


将土豆片捣成泥


洋葱切碎   锅里放油烧热后加入洋葱炒至变色   


加入肉末炒散   肉末变色后加入少量盐和胡椒粉调味


将炒好的洋葱肉末混入土豆泥   比例大致11   然后将混合物分成小团   搓圆后压扁   一般是圆饼型或椭圆饼


鸡蛋打散   将土豆饼按面粉→鸡蛋液→面包糠顺序依次裹匀上述三种材料   和炸猪排顺序是一样的~


入锅炸至金黄   出锅沥油装盘   完工!趁热吃哟!!!凉了就不好吃了    配上喜欢的酱料   一般是番茄酱   我也喜欢honey mustard


(煎也行   比较省油   但是还得煎侧面有点麻烦)




✨✨✨:别处看来一个方法   用烘焙纸(尤其是有花纹的)裁成小口袋装可乐饼特别可爱!!!
