After softening the cream cheese, add white sugar and beat until smooth 2. Add the egg yolks one by one, and continue to beat the beaten eggs until smooth 3. Add fresh cream and mix well 4. Add low-gluten flour and mix well 5. Preheat the oven at 220°C and bake for 20-25 minutes. If the portion is doubled, bake for a while but the temperature should not be too high. Turn down the heat to about 170°C and bake slowly for 20 minutes. I feel that Super delicious, smooth and not greasy, because the proportion of flour is small, the taste is a bit like pudding.

Yamiセレクション 【炸鸡厨房】超简单巴斯克风烤芝士蛋糕。只要把材料按顺序混合之后烤就行了!我做的分量太大了时间没把握好烤的有点焦哈哈哈哈 材料:奶油奶酪200g,鸡蛋2个,蛋黄1个,白砂糖70g,奶油115ml,低筋面粉5g(我做的这个是三倍料的,九寸蛋糕模具) 1. 奶油奶酪软化之后加白砂糖搅打顺滑 2.分次加入蛋黄,和打散的鸡蛋继续搅打顺滑 3.加入鲜奶油搅拌均匀 4. 加入低筋面粉搅拌均匀 5. 烤箱预热220°C烤20–25分钟,如果分量翻倍多烤一会儿但是温度不要太高,转小火170°C左右再慢慢烤20分钟就可以我感觉 超级好吃很顺滑不会腻,因为面粉比例很少,口感有点像布丁。
