Korean-style kimchi + Japanese-style miso, my mother no longer worry about me not eating

I've always loved Korean style Kimchi Hot Pot, tried it a few times myself Finally, I finally made a closer taste. One of the secrets is to buy a can of authentic Korean kimchi first😂, and then I also added the miso seasoning packet that I just added in Yami, the two combined, perfect!




The required ingredients and seasonings can be seen in the picture below. The combination of kimchi and miso makes almost no other seasonings needed in the pot. The beef is already cooked (in fact, I made too many leftovers yesterday). Beef and onions should be the most common combination in Korean cuisine. Tofu must be soft tofu! The more garlic and scallions, the better.




Miso soup pack contains two packs, one pack is miso sauce, the other pack is dried kelp. After the water is boiled, put it in, and the kelp will quickly become bigger. Very convenient. One bag has eight servings for one person.






Cooking Steps:

1. When the oil is hot, add the onion and stir fry;

2. Add beef and half of the garlic and continue to stir fry;

3. Add kimchi and stir fry, then add boiling water;

4. After the water is boiled, put the seasoning package;

5. Add enoki mushrooms, and after boiling, prepare to pour the soup into the casserole;

6. Add soft tofu to the casserole, cover and cook for five minutes;

7. Add the green onion and the other half of the garlic at the end.

韩式泡菜+日式味增,妈妈从此再也不担心我不吃饭啦

一直都很喜欢韩式 Kimchi Hot Pot,自己尝试了几次后,总算做出了比较接近的味道啦,秘诀之一就是一定要先买一罐正宗的韩式泡菜😂,然后我还加入了刚刚在亚米入的味增调料包,两者结合在一起,完美!




需要的食材和调料可见下图,韩国泡菜和味增搭配在一起,煲里几乎不需要其他调料了。牛肉是已经熟的了(其实是昨天做太多剩下的),牛肉和洋葱应该是韩式料理里最常出现的组合了,豆腐一定要选择嫩豆腐哦!蒜和葱越多越好。




味增汤料包里面有两份料包,一包是味增酱,另一包是干海带,水沸腾后放入,海带很快就变大,非常方便。一袋有八份一人食。






烹饪步骤:

1. 油热后,放入洋葱翻炒;

2. 加入牛肉和一半的蒜继续翻炒;

3. 加入泡菜翻炒后,加入开水;

4. 水开后,放入味增料包;

5. 加入金针菇,沸腾后准备把汤汁倒入砂锅内;

6. 在砂锅内加入嫩豆腐,盖上盖子,小火五分钟;

7. 最后加入葱和另一半的蒜即可。






一份咕咚咕咚冒着热气的韩式酱汤,配上一碗白米饭🍚就非常美味啦,一口接一口,一人食多人食都很赞,喜欢韩式口味的小伙伴,快做起来吧!😉
