第一次做大猪蹄子,没想到那么成功😂(偷着乐一会)。整个过程需要2小时左右。先把大猪蹄子洗干净加入水末过猪蹄加热煮沸,把第一遍水倒掉。然后重新烧一锅水,加入花椒干辣椒生姜八角。水煮沸后放入猪蹄。小火炖制大约一小时后,汤汁变成了乳白色,加入糖和酱油,五香粉。再小火煮50分钟左右,最后大火收汁肉变松软即可食用。真的忍不住说一句,太太太好吃了😋来自屯里饭团儿的自我表白❤️
