Favorite ramen 🍜 soup

The following Kyushu ramen is a new flavor for the anniversary, Yujie tonkotsu ramen, and the soup is fragrant. There is really a bag of lard in the soup. I want to vigorously promote this ramen. The soup is super delicious, the pork bone flavor is strong, and the ramen is strong. I love it very much. Compared with the ordinary version of Kyushu Ramen, it has more seasoning oil and fish meal. The seasoning oil is really the essence of tonkotsu! A bag of noodles is also the amount of food for two people (girls can eat twice, boys should only eat once).





This one features three meals on one side. The three methods, the main difference is the amount of water.


Noodle soup, cooking method (for one person):


1. Boil water in a pot and cook the noodles first, about5 min, remove the noodles and put them in cold water for later use;


2. Use a small pot and add 250ml to the pot water, add seasoning oil, soup bag and fish meal, stir while cooking, then put the noodles in and cook until cooked.






Dipping noodles, cooking method:

1. Boil water in a pot and cook the noodles first, about5 min, remove the noodles and put them in cold water for later use;


2. Use a small pot and add 150ml to the pot of water, add seasoning oil, soup packets and fish meal, stir while cooking, then put into a bowl and eat with noodles.






Fried noodles, cooking method:


1. Boil water in a pot and cook the noodles first, about5 min, remove the noodles and put them in cold water for later use;


2. Use100ml water to mix the seasoning oil and soup packet into the sauce,


3. Heat the pan, add the noodles and start frying when the oil is hot, add the prepared sauce, and finally sprinkle with fish meal.






After trying three methods, I personally recommend soup noodles the most, which can drink a strong tonkotsu fragrance, followed by fried noodles. If this noodles really has shortcomings, it is more Heavy mouth, drink water after eating.

最爱的拉面🍜汤头

下面这款九州拉面是周年庆出的新口味,鱼介豚骨拉面,汤头那个香。真的有一袋猪油放在汤里,要大力推广这款拉面,汤头超级好喝,豚骨味浓,拉面劲道,非常爱。相较于普通版的九州拉面,多了调味油和鱼粉,调味油真的就是豚骨的精华哦!一包面也是两人食的量(女生可以吃两次,男生应该只能吃一次)。





这款的特色在于一面三吃。三种方法,主要的不同就是放水的量。


汤面,烹饪方法(一人食):


1. 锅内烧水,先将面捞熟,大约5分钟,面条捞出后过冷水待用;


2. 用一个小锅,锅内加入250ml的水,加入调味油,汤料包和鱼粉,一边煮一边搅拌,接着把面放进去煮熟就可以食用啦。






蘸面,烹饪方法:

1. 锅内烧水,先将面捞熟,大约5分钟,面条捞出后过冷水待用;


2. 用一个小锅,锅内加入150ml的水,加入调味油,汤料包和鱼粉,一边煮一边搅拌,接着装入一个器皿,夹着面条蘸着吃。






炒面,烹饪方法:


1. 锅内烧水,先将面捞熟,大约5分钟,面条捞出后过冷水待用;


2. 100ml的水将调味油和汤料包兑成酱汁,


3. 加热平底锅,油热后放入面条开始炒,加入兑好的酱汁,最后撒上鱼粉。






尝试了三种方法后,我个人最推荐汤面,能喝到浓郁的豚骨香,其次是炒面,这款面如果真的有不足之处,就是比较重口,吃完猛喝水。
