除夕夜就该这么吃之前菜

今年虽然写了一份菜单下来,但是我发现老爸根本就没有按剧本走嘛!让我这个孕妈妈只能看着这些刺身流口水却不能动口吃。。。


不过虽然不能吃这些刺身,但是我身负着给这些美食拍美照的重任,只能惹着口水给拍拍拍了!!!现在就让我来介绍介绍这些对我吸引力巨大的前菜吧。。。


这一盆的刺身拼盘有着各式的鱼刺身,贝类那些也少不了,今年没看到有珊瑚虾在卖,就突然觉得老天爷对我还是可以的😂因为我巨爱吃啊🤤




象拔蚌!处理这个也是有技巧的,我只知道我爸切之前有用热水烫了一下,大概10秒左右吧,蘸wasabi吃起来又脆又鲜甜,说的我好想吃了都!




这一盘估计是我最不爱的了😄,三文鱼从来就不喜欢那个味道,对我来说太腻了,至于海蚌,我只吃熟度刚刚好的,不然生的有腥味,熟过头的嚼不烂!




这个也是我大爱的一道,可惜今年吃不了,就是日餐店里的Beef tataki,两面稍晚煎一下淋上ponzu sauce,撒点洋葱,滋味不要太好呀🤤




这个拼盘是老爸自制的卤鱿鱼跟凉拌海蛰头,这个只能说无功无过吧,没有很惊艳的感觉……




卤牛肉跟鸭舌拼盘,这个我没怎么动,因为好吃的已经很多了😄




炸小鱼跟香辣藕片,自制的哟




买回来的白切鸡,味道还可以吧,那个姜葱油的味道是亮点😄
