The method of jam is super simple. The strawberries I use here can also be replaced with blueberries, raspberries, etc. 

Strawberry Jam: 

 

500gWash the strawberries and cut them into small pieces 

 

Add granulated sugar50g, let stand for more than half an hour , wait for the strawberries to come out of water and the pectin out, so the jam will be sticky < /p>

 

Put50g rock sugar in the pot (without Friends can use white sugar instead), add strawberries 

 

The fire will make bubbles. When the big bubbles turn into small bubbles, you can add a little lemon juice, and turn to a small fire and cook slowly 

 

20In about 20 minutes, you will find that it becomes very sticky and can be hung on the wall 

 

Serve hot and place in jars  ;

你有没有逛超市的时候看到$0.99的水果,一次拿了四五盒? 

放在家里的冰箱里吃也吃不完? 

在家里的冰箱的角落里躺着都快要出水了? 

扔了感觉这个便宜白占了 

不扔看着水果蔫蔫的样子,根本无从下口 

有没有想过让这些水果换一种方式陪着你 

那就是果酱啦 

果酱的做法超级简单,这里我用的草莓,也可以换成蓝莓,树莓,等等 

草莓果酱做法: 

 

500g草莓洗干净,切小块 

 

加入白砂糖50g,静置半小时以上,等着草莓出水,果胶出来,这样果酱会粘稠 

 

在锅中放入50g冰糖(没有的朋友可以用白砂糖代替),加入草莓 

 

大火出泡泡,等到大泡泡变成小泡泡的时候可以加柠檬汁少许,并转入小火慢慢熬制 

 

20分钟左右就会发现变得非常粘稠,可以挂壁 

 

趁热盛出来放进罐罐里 

 


这里我用的是前两天吃完的咸蛋黄流沙酱 的罐子

正好用来放草莓果酱 


 

自己做的果酱一点添加剂也没有 

可以放心吃啦 

早餐涂在面包上,配着牛奶或者酸奶,美滋滋的 

 

草莓果酱放入杯底,加入冰块,柠檬汁, 

搅合搅合,就是一杯草莓柠檬汁啦 

酸酸甜甜的
