【Cool Kitchen】Homemade Simple Sweet and Sour Pork Dice


Kitchen novice? Don't be afraid, teach you five steps to learn sweet and sour pork diced. It can be applied to a series of similar dishes such as sweet and sour pork ribs.

The original plan was to buy pork ribs to make sweet and sour pork ribs, but when I bought it, I didn't notice that it was pork. But the ingredients were ready and had to bite the bullet.




Step 1: Cut meat evenly sized The diced meat, too fat can be removed, but the meat is fat and thin to taste enough.




Step 2: Turn on the fire and pour in the oil. You don’t need too much oil, because the meat itself can produce oil. When the oil is warm, add the sliced ginger, add the diced pork and stir fry.




Step 3: Juice. Cooking wine, soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar are adjusted in proportion1:2:3:4. When the meat is browned on all sides, pour in the prepared sauce and stir fry until all the meat is evenly coated with the sauce.






Step 4: Add boiling water to cover the diced meat (cold water can also be used). Cover the pot and leave a gap, turn to medium-low heat and simmer slowly.




Step 5: After most of the water has evaporated, add an appropriate amount of salt and open the fire to collect the juice.




Then a plate of fragrant, sweet and sour diced pork is done~< span class="s2">Pair it with porridge and some green vegetables, and an easy meal is ready.

【凉凉厨房】自制简易糖醋肉丁


厨房小白?不用怕,教你五步学会糖醋肉丁。可适用于糖醋小排等一系列类似菜品。

原本计划的是买排骨来做谈糖醋排骨的,结果买的时候没注意看那成了猪肉。但配料都准备好了只好硬着头皮上。




第一步:肉切成 大小均匀的肉丁,太肥的可以去掉,但肉有肥有瘦才够味。




第二步:开火烧锅倒油,油无需太多,因为肉本身可以出油。待油温热后放入切好的姜片在放入切好的肉丁翻炒。




第三步:调汁。料酒,生抽,醋,白糖按比例1:2:3:4调好。在肉煎至四面焦黄时倒入调好的酱汁并翻炒以致所有肉丁都被酱汁均匀包裹。






第四步:加入开水漫过肉丁(冷水亦可)。盖上锅盖并留个缝隙,转中小火慢慢熬煮着。




第五步:待水蒸发了大半后,加入适量少许的盐开大火收汁起锅即可。




然后一盘香喷喷,酸甜可口的糖醋肉丁就完成啦~搭配稀饭和一些青菜,一顿简易的饭菜就做好了。
