ACurrently, in the Los Angeles area and the Bay Area, we offer Local Delivery with delivery hours from 12 pm to 9 pm. In other regions, we use full ice bag preservation and UPS NEXT-DAY AIR Shipping services. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of placement and are expected to arrive the next day. For the Los Angeles area, orders are shipped on the first business day after the order is placed. For the Bay Area, orders are shipped every Thursday. For other regions, orders are shipped every Tuesday. The order cutoff time on Tuesday is 2 pm Pacific Time, and orders placed after 2 pm will be deferred to the following Monday or Tuesday for shipping.  (In the event of holidays, we will arrange for shipment on the first business day after the holiday.) Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. All claims must be made within 2 hours of delivery. If you need to cancel or modify an order or change the delivery address, please notify us at least 48 hours before the requested delivery date (before 5 pm Pacific Time). Once your order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address, contents, or recipient information. We use a traditional, handcrafted method for cleaning our products, and we cannot guarantee that they will be entirely free of fur. If this is a concern, please consider your order carefully, as fur cannot be used as a reason for returns or refunds.
