Yami 특선 # 燃烧卡路里大作战 # 自制意面!!!🍝 原材料有:Gluten Free意面,0卡路里蛋白糖,7%脂肪的牛肉,洋葱,罗勒碎,两个西红柿🍅,(番茄酱),蒜,Cheese,蘑菇 洋葱切成粒,蒜切成末,蘑菇可以切成粒也可以切片,番茄热水去皮切正方形小块 先下洋葱,炒到半透明状态下蒜末然后下蘑菇,都超好了以后下番茄和牛肉断生之后放盐,胡椒粉,番茄酱,(不喜欢番茄酱的就放点糖),罗勒碎,一直炖,炖到材料入味,我加了cheese在里面增加他的黏稠度。最后装盘的时候撒一些cheese就大功告成了!!!其实不算特别减脂毕竟有cheese,但是一周可以拥有一天cheat day哈哈 快来get这款颜值高,又好吃简单的自制意面吧!!!❤️
