豆腐汉堡

 # 下厨秘密武器 # # 百万积分第7 #昨晚村儿做了豆腐汉堡,看到这个名字一定有宝宝好奇是什么黑暗料理吧?😂😂,用到了从Mitsuwa购买的这款调料包,来自豆腐老牌子house foods,就是在超市常见的红色老豆腐,蓝色medium,绿色嫩豆腐那款。




 



一盒1lb的老豆腐或者extra firm豆腐,加入一包的调味料就可以制作豆腐汉堡啦!

1. 将豆腐沥干水撵碎;

2. 倒入一包调味料,搅拌均匀;

3. 用手捏紧成饼状;

4. 双面煎至金黄色即可,为了有漂亮的grill marker,村儿又用到了双面煎盘那款神器,两分钟搞定。


通常1lb的豆腐可以做出5burger,口味上来说,很日式,有浓郁的芝麻和海苔的香味,吃不出什么豆腐的味道,而且口感经过煎至,居然是酥脆的,绝对是不爱吃豆腐星人的救星!大豆吃了一块还要再来一块!


 





 



因为只是小试牛刀,只买了一包,但不想因为这一小包东西跑大老远,村儿研究了一下调料包的ingredient,占据大部分的是面包糠,芝麻,为增加粘度还可以自行加一些淀粉,应该能做出homemade tofu burger,喜欢的小伙伴一起来实验看看吧!
