# 换季护肤 # 秋冬季换季对于我这种敏感皮来说太不友好了。脸因为最近常涂绵羊油以及洁面用的雅诗兰黛红石榴，不算太刺激。但是面膜还是要安排上的！ JM的🍯面膜我种草好久啦，精华液挺多的，敷上脸很轻薄，而且我这种大脸也可以完全覆盖😉 敷完之后用剩下的精华液涂涂手还有关节，手肘处的关节可以涂，没准就黑色素变少了呢。面膜购买时还是要看对自己的皮肤刺不刺激，也不要盲目跟风哟～
