自制冬日小甜汤|女生必吃甜甜暖暖的酒酿小丸子🍡
最近真的超级喜欢喝这个每天必须来一碗!
一碗下肚暖身又暖胃淡淡酒香瞬间治愈~
像女生多吃点暖宫驱寒而且养颜比奶茶好🌝
家里的红枣正好也吃完了亚米网上囤了一包!
收到货吓到了😂整整1⃣️公斤买的时候没注意
打开一看又确认了一下重量太实在我的天呐!
而且每一袋都独立包装还是去核的超级方便!
红枣的核是热性的所以我平时自己会去核~
有了这款红枣就省去了一步超适合懒人!🤣
红糖小丸子🍡是我自己做的用糯米粉就可以~
糯米粉加红糖搅拌一点点的加入热水和成团
然后分成小剂子揉圆裹少量糯米粉冰箱冷藏~
吃的时候拿出来煮就很方便啦买现成的也行!

做法:
Step1. 先将小丸子煮熟过凉水,锅里重新放入250清水或者牛奶🥛加入小丸子和红枣枸杞南瓜子花生等你喜欢的坚果或者葡萄干。
Step2. 水开后用筷子搅漩涡🌀再加入一颗鸡蛋打散后加两勺酒酿和红糖即可关火,最后可以再来点桂花干超级香!!然后开吃吧~
* 如果是用牛奶煮切记再加酒酿前加1g的小苏打,不然会结块或者出现水分离酒酿也会非常酸*
