Ingredients:

An appropriate amount of soy sauce for steamed fish (depending on the size of the bottom of the pot, my 3qt small soup pot used 150ml, which is close to 1cup)
Appropriate amount of water (1:1 with soy sauce)
An appropriate amount of rock sugar (according to personal preference, I put 8 small rock candies this time)
step:
Add scallions and ginger slices to the bottom of the pot, add steamed fish soy sauce and water in a ratio of 1:1, and add rock sugar, so that the soup can cover half of the chicken legs;
After the fire is boiled, add the chicken thighs, cover the lid, and simmer for about 5 minutes on low heat;
Open the lid and turn over, turn to medium heat and bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and cook for about 5 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes without opening the lid.
Isn't it super easy to do? Finally, the soy sauce chicken legs are bright in color, the chicken is tender, salty and sweet, super delicious, and the rest of the soup with rice is so fragrant!
