Although the weather was still cold.
But I just want to eat cold noodles today.
This is a cold noodle from Menraku, Japan.
Noodles are buckwheat flour.
There are 2 people in one bag.
The sauce served is Miso/Miso Soup.
It's really easy to make cold noodles.
1️⃣Add noodles to boiling water and cook for 4 minutes.
2⃣️Remove it. Rinse with cold water.
3⃣️Add in the sauce and stir well. Ready to eat.
If you have extra time, you can add boiled eggs or cucumbers and other ingredients.
I'll grab the carrots and celery I have in the fridge today.
Simply do it.
Noodles are really tasty.
The taste is great.

虽然天气还是冷飕飕.
但是我今天就是想吃凉面乐.
这是日本Menraku面乐家的凉面.
面条属于荞麦粉.
一袋里面有2人份.
配的酱料属于Miso/味噌汤.
这制作冷面真的很简单.
1️⃣面加入滚水中煮4分钟.
2⃣️打捞起.再用冷水冲洗.
3⃣️加入酱料搅拌均匀.即可开吃.
如果有多余时间.可以加水煮蛋或者青瓜等食材.
我今天就现取冰箱里有的胡萝卜和芹菜.
简简单单搞定.
面乐这款的面条真的很劲道.
口感很棒.
