Because I couldn't find it at my local Asian groceries.The ingredients listed on the package shows t is indeed made of 100% mung bean. I soaked it for 10 minutes and marinated for 15 minutes, then put in the pot and add only a sip water for about 2 minutes. And it was done. A little chewy and really good.
