咖喱 Chicken leg rice. S&B golden curry is my current favorite 咖喱 brand. It is seasoned well and not too sweet, much like 咖喱 rice from a well-known domestic brand fast food restaurant. A large box is divided into 2 small boxes, each box has 4 blocks 咖喱. Yamibuy has it for sale. 咖喱 rice is probably one of the most suitable fast food for lazy people. It can be eaten for a long time in one pot, and the taste will become more and more intense. 咖喱 The proportion of ingredients is very personal. You can refer to my recipe. Please adjust it according to the recipe on the back of the package or your own taste. Ingredients needed (serving 6-8 people): 咖喱 4 pieces, 400g boneless chicken thigh (can be replaced with chicken breast or beef), 1.5 onions, 2-3 medium potatoes, 200g carrots, water, olive oil, cooking wine, salt 1️⃣Boneless chicken thighs and cut into pieces (I bought boneless chicken thighs from Costco), marinate with cooking wine for a while, blanch them in water and remove them, rinse with hot water to remove foam. (You can ignore this step when there is no blood in the chicken legs) 2️⃣ Slice the onion, potatoes into small pieces, carrots into small pieces. 3️⃣Add olive oil to the pot, add onions and stir fry until fragrant, add carrots and potatoes and stir fry for a while, add chicken and continue to stir fry for a few times. 4️⃣Add an appropriate amount of water, the height can cover the ingredients. After the fire is boiled, cover the pot and continue to cook for 15-20 minutes on medium heat. The potatoes can be boiled until they are soft. If there is too much water, pour out some. 5️⃣ Turn to the lowest heat, add 咖喱 pieces, stir well, it is best to add half of 咖喱 pieces to taste the taste, then add slowly to avoid the taste. Add some salt to taste. If you are afraid of fishy smell, you can also add a small amount of ginger slices and scallions, and remove them before putting them in the 咖喱 block. You can also add coconut milk, milk, etc.

Yami 특선 咖喱鸡腿饭。S&B golden curry是我目前最喜欢的咖喱品牌。它调味很正,不会过甜,很像国内知名品牌快餐店的咖喱饭味道。一大盒里面分装成2小盒,每盒有4块咖喱块。亚米网有卖的。 咖喱饭大概是最适合懒人的快手菜之一了,做一锅可以吃好久,味道还会越来越浓郁,深夜食堂有一道菜就叫《隔夜咖喱》。 咖喱食材比例很私人化,我的配方大家参考即可,请根据包装背面的配方或自己的口味调整。 所需食材(6-8人份):咖喱块4个、去骨鸡腿肉400g(可以用鸡胸或牛肉替代)、洋葱1.5个、中等大小土豆2-3个、胡萝卜200g、水、橄榄油、料酒、盐 1️⃣鸡腿去骨切块(我买的是Costco去骨鸡腿),用料酒腌渍一会儿,过水焯一下捞出,用热水洗去浮沫。(鸡腿没什么血水的这一步可以忽略) 2️⃣将洋葱切丝、土豆切小块、胡萝卜切小块。 3️⃣在锅中加橄榄油,加入洋葱翻炒出香味后加入胡萝卜、土豆翻炒一会儿,加鸡肉继续翻炒几下。 4️⃣加入适量水,高度没过食材即可,大火烧开后,盖上锅盖中火继续煮15-20分钟,土豆煮软即可,剩余水太多就倒掉一些。 5️⃣调至最小火,加入咖喱块,搅拌均匀,第一次做的时候最好先加一半的咖喱块尝一下味道,再慢慢加入,避免味道过重,觉得咸了就加些水,最后再加适量盐调味即可。 怕腥还可以加少量姜片、葱段,放咖喱块前捞出即可。 喜欢奶味还可以加椰奶、牛奶等。
