红油冒菜是什么？

其实这冒菜我买了很久～可是一直都忽略它

原因是看起来😩好辣噢～当初是因为凑单买的

好啦......现在快过期了，又不想浪费

只好试一次吧～

它本身还附了一个叉子，不用洗筷子啦！哈哈

我喜欢把葱倒在最下面

然后再倒冒菜？其实广东人表示不清楚什么是冒菜

看起来像腌制菜，有点像野菜

想说试试看它原味如何，所以我把酱全倒进去～

闻起来像老干妈，好香啊😋

注水线在外面

其实里面有淡淡的一圈白线

自己抓个大概就好啦

加入热水

它写说6-8分钟

我等了7分钟

可是闻起来好香噢～

每一根冒菜都裹着红油

口水开始分泌啦～

吃第一口有点麻辣麻辣

黑黑的菜口感韧韧的，很有嚼劲

这个像榨菜的就脆脆的

我是爱吃辣但不能吃很辣的广东女孩

吃完第一口，之后就感觉没有那么辣了

只有一点点麻～跟香

非常香

本来以为需要配牛奶也不需要了

可能是我吃之前会晾一下，把多余的油刷一下

份量少，有点小贵

觉得不太够吃

单吃的话有点无聊

如果煮个泡面配着一起吃会更有意思

而且比较有饱腹感

打折的时候适合囤点货🤓🤓
