The pork and shrimp inside are super old and overcooked. . So don't order the dishes that the merchants themselves have question marks.


In fact, I also ordered some grilled skewers, chicken skin, chicken liver, shiitake mushrooms, chicken cartilage, etc., but I didn't take any pictures because they weren't on my side. I recommend chicken liver and chicken skin. I didn't eat shiitake mushrooms, the chicken cartilage was a little hard.

#LA居酒屋#Torihei:烤串关东煮🍢好去处

上次安利了一波小东京的Kinjiro,这次安利一个Torrance的居酒屋Torihei。坐落在那个最大的Mitsuwa超市旁边,是日本人经营,需要预约,店比较小人很多很热闹。烤串和关东煮的品种不少而且口味相当不错,重要的是关东煮点了会每一个用单独的小碗盛上来,他们家碗太美了。这次是四个人来吃,我们没点酒一共160刀四个人能吃的很饱。

菜品:


刺身当然是必不可少的的,点了一个刺身拼盘,很新鲜特别喜欢yellow taiil。本身我对三文鱼籽比较排斥的,这里的意外的不会很腥还可以接受,但是还是觉得便咸了一点。



点了两种炸物,一个是炸鸡一个鸡软骨。个人比较喜欢炸鸡,个头很大很嫩,缺点可能会比较淡不是特别入味。鸡软骨我个人不是特别热爱,但是同桌的朋友很爱吃,各有喜好吧,热乎乎刚炸出来的特别好吃。




我要的Tuna Tartar, 第一次这么吃其实,配上鹌鹑蛋的蛋液挺顺滑的,调味不错,用海苔卷着吃很好吃,我一个人吃了三块。



烤串会比关东煮上得快一些,


烤鸡肉串,不错味道很足也很嫩的一道菜



关东煮的炖牛筋,以为会是串串结果都是这种可爱的小碗端上来的。菜单上是这么写的但是其实味道更像台湾卤肉,有点甜甜的感觉很下饭。


他们都觉得有点油,我点了两碗自己单独吃了一碗。


超爱他们家的玉子烧,这次点的是明太子玉子烧,加了很多高汤入口感觉像鸡蛋羹一样了,好嫩好嫩,强烈推荐!


我给自己点的烤牛舌,牛舌简直是我不能放弃的美味,这里也是厚切牛舌,好嫩完全不会老。推荐~


也是我爱吃的海带关东煮,关东煮最基本的就是鸡蛋萝卜海带魔芋丝了哈哈。海带结小小个,上面还有一些海藻和木鱼丝,口味不错很清淡的。


他们家还算比较有名的鱼糕,口感就是很软,有点像蛋羹那种了,我以为会像鱼板那种,结果是海绵一样的软软的口感。口感比较奇妙哈哈


田乐味增魔芋,我很喜欢魔域的口感,味增味道类似甜面酱。


这个算是关东煮里面比较出彩的,三文鱼籽配溏心水煮蛋,我太喜欢溏心蛋蛋黄粘稠的口感,三文鱼籽就刚好补充了盐味,两者配合的很不错。如果去的话请一定要试试


我期待很大的年糕口袋豆腐,但吃下来觉得有点失望,因为里面的香菇和银杏有点苦了,然后虾仁比较老,影响整体味道。年糕口感不错,要是能只包年糕就好啦!



这个是小笼包哈哈哈,关东煮里面的小笼包没见过吧!菜单上这个菜还打了个问号。我就作死好奇点了。真的是一言难尽。里面猪肉和虾仁都超级老,煮太久了。。所以商家自己都打问号的菜还是不要点吧哈哈


其实还点了一些烤串类的,鸡皮,鸡肝,香菇,鸡软骨什么的,但是因为不放在我这边就没有都拍照。这里面我推荐鸡肝和鸡皮,鸡肝很嫩不会腥,鸡皮脆脆的油香味十足。香菇我没吃,鸡软骨有点硬。


 


总体来说还算是比较实惠的居酒屋,价格公道分量也不小,环境比较热闹。他家旁边也有很多日料待我下次去LA再一个个试试~
